USAGE:  <filename> [H|?] [B#] [I|R|U]

        <filename>      Name of your font file
        H               Display this help message
        ?               Same as above
        B#              Specify character block
        I               Install font in memory (Uninstallable with 'U' option)
        R               Install font in memory
        U               Uninstall font from memory (Works only with 'I' option)

Once a font is installed in memory, the following keyboard commands are
available:

        CTRL+ALT+D      Disable automatic font loading
        CTRL+ALT+E      Enable automatic font loading
        CTRL+ALT+F      User requested unconditional font loading
